We are seeking a part time Parish Administrator to work with the Priest, Wardens, Parish Council and parishioners to foster a welcoming, pastoral environment for all. The administrator supports the life of the parish by producing worship materials, by engaging in regular communications (print, phone, email and social media), coordinating space usage, records management, maintaining the parish calendar and other duties as assigned. A small portion of the administrator’s hours are also dedicated to managing the cemetery. Please refer to the full job description. 

 

The successful candidate will be organized and efficient, detail oriented, good at multitasking, will have excellent written and oral communication skills, and an ability to interface responsively and compassionately with a variety of different groups. Previous experience working with churches is highly valued, as is familiarity with Anglican worship and traditions. A sense of humor is a definite plus!

 

Job Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
